Fourteen services, one phone number, and a truck dispatched from inside St. Charles County. Here is the full list and what each one actually covers.
Most people are not, and it does not matter. Call (636) 466-8097, describe what happened, and we will work out which service it is. The categories below exist so you can read about the specifics — not so you have to diagnose your own problem on the roadside.
The one distinction worth knowing is between a tow and a recovery. A tow moves a vehicle that is sitting on the pavement. A recovery gets it back onto the pavement first — out of a ditch, off a soft shoulder, out of the mud. They are priced differently, so it helps to tell us which you have.
The core of what we do. A vehicle that cannot be driven, moved to wherever it needs to go, any hour of the day or night.
The problems that do not need a tow at all — a battery, a tire, a lockout, an empty tank. Fixed where you are.
After a collision. Clearing the vehicle from the road, documenting it, and getting it to a shop, a yard or your home.
Off the road rather than broken down. Mud, a ditch, snow, a soft shoulder. Recovery first, then a tow if it needs one.
Spare fitted at the roadside where there is one. Where there is not — or where the location is unsafe — a tow to a tire shop.
A dead battery, and an honest answer about whether the battery is the actual problem or just the symptom.
Damage-free entry with proper tools. Not a coat hanger, and not a bent door frame afterwards.
Enough fuel to get you to a station under your own power. Gasoline or diesel — tell us which.
Out of the county or out of the state. Flat rate, quoted before we load, not after we arrive.
Lowered, all-wheel drive, air suspension, classic, or simply irreplaceable. Careful handling by arrangement.
Soft ties, a wheel chock and compressed forks, so the bike arrives in the condition it left.
Work vans, box trucks, service bodies and fleet vehicles. Downtime costs money, so we keep it short.
Utility, boat, camper and equipment trailers. Bearings, tires, brakes and couplers all fail eventually.
For property managers and businesses. Documented, county licensed, and done by the book.
Every service on this page is available throughout St. Charles County — St. Charles, St. Peters, O'Fallon, Wentzville, Lake Saint Louis, Cottleville and the rest — and on every highway corridor that runs through it, including I-70, I-64 / US-40 and the Blanchette Bridge.
We are a towing and roadside company, not a repair shop. We do not sell batteries or tires, we do not cut or program keys, and we do not fix vehicles at the roadside beyond what gets you moving. What we do is get you and your vehicle somewhere the actual repair can happen — and we will tell you honestly when that is what you need, rather than selling you a second jump start.
Call and describe it. We will work out the rest.
