A planned community with winding residential roads and a busy retail edge on I-70. Two very different kinds of call.
Lake Saint Louis is unusual among St. Charles County towns: it was planned and built around two private lakes, and the street layout reflects that. Roads curve, they loop, and they do not follow the grid that navigation apps assume. A street name alone is often not enough to find someone quickly.
The northern edge meets I-70, and Highway DD and Lake Saint Louis Boulevard carry the local traffic. The Meadows retail development on the I-70 side is the commercial center and a reliable source of parking-lot calls.
Residential driveways. A largely residential town means a lot of dead batteries discovered at seven in the morning, and vehicles that will not start in a garage.
The Meadows and the I-70 edge. Retail lots and highway access produce lockouts, batteries, and the occasional low-speed collision. See I-70 towing.
Winding roads in winter. The curving layout combined with a hard freeze is how vehicles end up off the road and into a lawn or a ditch. That is winch-out recovery.
Boats and trailers. A lake town means trailers, and trailers fail in predictable ways. See trailer towing.
Give us a cross street or the nearest intersection. The curving streets here are genuinely confusing from the outside, and one extra detail on the phone saves several minutes of a driver circling a subdivision.
The lakes here are private, but the county as a whole has a great deal of boat and trailer traffic heading to and from the water, and Lake Saint Louis sits right on the route. Spring is when it shows: a trailer that sat all winter comes out with flat-spotted tires and seized bearings, and it fails a mile down the road.
If you have a trailer problem, tell us the type, the hitch and whether it is loaded when you call. It determines what we bring.
Most Lake Saint Louis calls are emergency towing and roadside assistance — jump starts, flat tires, lockouts and running out of fuel. We also do accident recovery, winch-outs, long distance towing, motorcycle transport, commercial and fleet work and abandoned vehicle removal.
Every driver is insured, every truck is dispatched from inside St. Charles County, and we answer the phone at any hour. Call (636) 466-8097.
